During this 8 week class, you will:

Learn the post-COVID-19 essentials needed to demonstrate your commitment to putting your staff and guest’s well-being first in this comprehensive course for servers and waitstaff. Students will discover how to prevent the spread of COVID and obtain key industry cleaning and disinfecting requirements

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

  • COVID-19 testing, identification, and spread prevention
  • Understand the CDC and WHO regulations, as well as federal, state, and local regulations
  • How to enforce regulations with both customers and staff
  • Learn key facts regarding COVID-19
  • Be able to explain the types of tests available and need for both quarantine and isolation
  • Learn the regulations for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection required in the hospitality industry
  • Understand the importance of PPE (personal protective equipment)

Chapter 8 – Duration of Isolation and Quarantine for Adults with COVID-19
